I recently purchased a refurbished phone for my partner. This is the second time I've bought him one, and I have to say that I could not recommend it more. The phone arrived within 24 hours and was exactly as the seller described it - in "excellent" condition. There was only one tiny scratch on the back, which my partner didn't even notice until I pointed it out. The phone is working perfectly, the battery is in good condition, and he is very happy with it. It's the perfect size that he was looking for.

The phone arrived in immaculate condition, with 99% battery health, no Face ID or non-original parts issues and clean IMEI. The refurbishing company also made a nice surprise of putting on a glass screen protector and throwing in a basic case. Good job!

I bought an iPhone 13 mini just over a month ago. I love it- I wanted to keep a small phone (my SE was dying) and it's just like new but half the price. Saved me money and it's good for the planet - result!

Fast delivery. Phone in great condition. I was expecting a red iPhone 13 mini however I received a white one so the colour sent was incorrect luckily I wasn’t bothered about this as the company sent the correct storage and model of iPhone. Overall pleased with phone so far. 4 stars due to order not being completely correct.

I bought an ‘excellent’ condition iPhone 13 mini and I have to say it is excellent! Not visible scratches on the outside at all. Battery at 93% capacity and about half the price of a new iPhone 13. It’s unlocked so taking advantage of some really great value sim only deals. This is a brilliant way to recycle a preused phone

I'm pleased with this downgrade as I'm not a big fan of phones getting endlessly bigger and more unwieldy (and thus more prone to getting damaged, IMO). This iPhone 13 mini does pretty much everything its bigger friend did, except with 2 instead of 3 lenses on the camera the photos are not as good and it lacks the awesome macro mode, which I do miss. With this particular phone, I selected 'Fair' as the condition, which I can not recommend, as the screen has a lot of little micro-scratches, which - although not problematic in terms of functioning - does make me keep checking it to see if I've damaged it further. On the plus side, I couldn't run my life or my business without my phone so when Backmarket delivered this one in under 2 days after ordering on a weekend I was super impressed with the service. All in, would definitely recommend using Backmarket every time.
