A couple of barely noticeable chips of paintwork missing and wear and tear micro scratches on the screen from being in pockets, otherwise the phone was in superb condition. It also came with 100% battery which was a big bonus. For a phone in "fair" condition, 'standard battery' and with 256 GB the price I paid was a bargain that I was not expecting.

The delivery to activation was a doddle, I was happy with the condition as described, with a fresh case you can’t see the minor wear on the outer of the phone. Very happy all is working great and feeling good to help the environment by buying refurbished. This is my second iPhone from back market and I highly rate it.

I love my iphone 12 mini, I had an old iphone 8, what a difference to my new phone which is in very good condition and the battery lasts much longer, I don't know why I waited so long to replace my old phone. I bought the mini because I like a smaller phone love it !!!!

No issues so far, I'm very happy with the condition, just some light damage to the sides which will be easily hidden by my phone case, it came with a free screen protector on it which is very kind and handy. It also came with a free clear case which is lovely to have as a backup. My last phone from back market lasted 6 years with one battery change and is only now slowing down so I knew I could rely on them for a new phone and I'm hoping I'll get many years out of this one too. definitely recommend! :)
