Arrived quickly and looks and operates like it's brand new! Really impressed. It also came with a tempered glass screen protector already applied which I wasn't expecting and is a very helpful addition.

Looked great, the condition was excellent, however, the screen soon became unresponsive and I had to return the ipad. No fault of the sellers, technology can be finicky, the refund was prompt so still not a bad experience in general. However, this was the second thing I had bought from this site which I have had to return.

Plus points: 1) The iPad arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it which was impressive. 2) The iPad was in good condition mostly. Minus Points: There was a slightly lighter patch on the screen near to the Home button. (Could this be due to a battery replacement at some point?) While this isn't a major issue, I think it would help if, in future, BackMarket can include an overview of the actual screen quality. Overall, for the price that I paid, I think it was good value.
