I was so happy at its appearance until I turned it on and found out it did not have the updates necessary to download certain applications that require a newer model. Very sad to say it’s unusable now as most applications are unable to download as software does not allow for it.

Wouldn’t recommend didnt state this ipad was a very old version and you couldnt download anything on it including you tube i would never of wasted my money as a single mum of 4 knowing he couldnt even watch you tube on it then the policy for return i ordered 5 days before cut of period so nothing can be done not even attempted to help me resolve the downloading issue so clearly they know theres no way to do it. Sad i have a very disappointed 7 year old an this was his main present. Need to make sure they state what versions can download and what you can actually do on the ipads before selling them on not happy at all
