Very impressed with the IPad I received, it was in great condition for a refurbished IPad. It had a very light scratch to screen and back, overall I’m really pleased especially for the price, I thought it would be in much worst condition!! Thank you Back Market, I will be back and will tell friends and family!! Delivery was quick too and came well padded.

I purchased an iPad Air (2013) 16gb. I never knew that they weren’t able to download many apps as software does not update anymore, would’ve been quite handy to have known that first. Other than that the iPad is in pristine condition. I absolutely love backmarket, I have purchased phones from them before and will continue to use there app to buy iPads phones etc.

Delivered within 48 hours and whilst I can't speak on behalf of others, mine was graded good and I just don't understand why it wasn't rated "excellent" - there literally isn't a mark on it anywhere. It is indistinguishable from new. I guess it shows that Backmarket really do have crazy high standards! (comforting to know). Price was also extremely good value (sure I might have got a tiny bit less on ebay but 100% worth any extra for the peace of mind and warranty). Used blackmarket a few times now and it is THE best. In fact so good, I don't buy new anymore with tech goods. Says it all. 1 zillion stars.
