I feel really let down by Backmarket I really want to love Backmarket because of what it stands for. But unfortunately I’ve now had 3 bad experiences. First I ordered an iMac and it was the wrong screen size - it was then a huge faff to return it and there were no options for collection (because it’s too large). I hoped that was just a blip and gave them another chance. But I just received AirPods that were scratched to pieces and need to be returned. And the replacement iMac I ordered hasn’t been cleared off and still contains someone else’s files, malware and is running extremely slowly. I’m having to buy a wired keyboard (needed for re installation) and drive to my brother’s house 30 minutes away (a tech expert) to help me fix this in the hope I can keep it rather than return yet another huge piece of kit. My brother has informed me that there is no evidence of an SSD too and that’s why it’s so slow. I wish I had just bought these items elsewhere.
