I have never dealt with returns previously as backmarket was offering me brilliant service and products this was my first time returning a product as I’m quite shocked it has minor startup issues as well as the machine was completely slow with pop up showing the disc was ejected which I wasn’t sure about what it showed or indicated. The top corner of the product has a slight gap between the board and the glass screen not visible unless it’s viewed from the top corner. So far returning process wasn’t that great as I was new with that so I had to face some new unpleasant experiences. But I can’t disappoint myself as Backmarket have been a great hub always personally for me.
