Product was in fine fettle. No difference between this phone and a new one .

The phone was described as very-good. But came so dirty with a lot signs of wear, seemed it was opened and sealed with glue as there were signs of glue at the back. The charging pot and the speaker were so full of dust and dirt. The phone came with the wrong charger. I am definitely returning the phone and am so disappointed as it is the total opposite of what’s on the description.

Frankly, it's great for reconditioning. On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend this Huawei as it's a real pain to install Google apps...

Hello, I am very happy with my purchase The delivery was fast The item is as described There is just one small drawback: I didn't know that Huawei no longer has the right to Google store because this Chinese brand is boycotted by the Americans and therefore no longer has applications provided by Google such as whattsapp Facebook etc...a big drawback for a smartphone. Perhaps you should specify this on your site, it would save a lot of trouble for some people. I hesitated for a long time to contact you to try to exchange this phone but I managed to download these applications as an apk. Thank you for your seriousness
