Late delivery and when phone finally arrived it didnt work? Claim to be refurbished specialists but my phone wont even switch on

The device is in very good condition, fast delivery, nothing to complain about, everything is as indicated in the description. If I had to quibble I'd say that the battery doesn't last very long unfortunately, but for a refurbished device it's quite honest though.

Hello, phone received quickly. A small downside: it has a very bright permanent dot and sometimes the brightness drops on its own. Best regards

The battery is also as good as new, with just 1 small glitch: On the screen, there's a fairly discreet white stripe, but it's visible when using dark colours.

It seems that the categorisation of the phones is legitimate, I ordered a phone in good condition and received a phone in good condition. With mine, I sometimes have to press the "home" or "back" button three times before the command is finally executed, but that doesn't bother me too much. All in all, a thumbs up.
