CATASTROPHIC experience with BackMarket. An enormous waste of time. Run away if you want to avoid the hassle. I received a faulty computer straight away. I send it back for repair or replacement; they receive it and tell me the computer will be repaired or replaced; and then they send me back exactly the same device with exactly the same problem, with no explanation! It seems that this seller just likes to send parcels on the road. Nothing was done. What's even more ironic is that I've been trying to buy a computer on this platform for almost a month now, which is why I'm so frustrated (my first experience with another seller had already resulted in a non-compliant model being sent to me, which was also damaged...). I find this shameful. Basically, I strongly advise against using this service, unless you like spending your time at the post office exchanging faulty devices for others that are just as faulty.
