The computer arrived recently and it works well, it's very light and even in "very good" condition it seems almost perfect! The only thing is that it makes a bit of a loud noise and gets hot quite quickly... I don't know if that's normal, I'll have to see!

It works perfectly well, except that I have some concerns about the battery. It was described as being in perfect condition, but there were quite a few cracks in the casing. However, customer services offered me a refund.

Perfect

It's almost perfect :-) No marks or scratches, although I expected it to be in fair condition. All the equipment is perfectly functional. The only regret is that the battery is not new (the option was not available even at a higher price). Well done to the refurbisher: Stam it's reputation is well deserved (I had chosen this particular refurbisher based on the opinions of other customers). On the other hand, the GLS carrier is not great (delays, parcel not moving for three days without knowing why, etc.). But it happens and I wasn't in a hurry... And I was warned (other customers have had the same problem).

The notebook is great. The external condition is immaculate. Display also immaculate. System and computer performance very good. Battery condition also top. I am very satisfied with the Elitebook and BackMarket!

Perfect! First, the item arrived with a fault, but BackMarket replaced it that very same week. The new item is perfect – it works really well, is lightweight and quiet. I’m really pleased!

the device is as described, with a few marks under the bonnet, but nothing to worry about, it would have been perfect if the battery had good autonomy, but for the price it's a good deal
