Charger didn’t work, service for replacement abysmal. Computer itself is fine, disappointed about after care and support

Delivery of the computer went very smoothly and the product was securely packaged. In terms of appearance, the computer has a few light scratches on the edges. In terms of operation, it runs smoothly like a new laptop. As far as battery life is concerned, I haven't had enough time to measure it. I wanted to treat myself to a high-capacity laptop at great value for money. I'm delighted with it. I upload and work with a lot of photos and videos, and everything is quick and easy. Windows 11 is a welcome addition. Nothing to complain about and it's reconditioned, it's perfect.

I was expecting a simple laptop with 1T of storage and just enough power. I ended up with: a good internal sound card, a ?! touchscreen and good fluidity.

I am impressed with the quality of your service and advice. This laptop is really much faster. It opens very quickly in 2 or 3 seconds, which makes a change from my old friend's minute... I had a sound problem with the HP, which I reported. I had to return it for repair. In fact, I had made a mistake: on the keyboard there is a key to mute the sound; I must have pressed it inadvertently and I was able to remedy the problem by using the appropriate key and the sound came back... A big THANK YOU. You have convinced me and I will use your services again.

Delivery was relatively quick, the computer works smoothly and super fast, unfortunately the battery doesn't last very long, you can tell it's a second-hand device. But apart from that, I'm definitely satisfied with the device
