Excellent service very quick delivery, laptop in a great condition no fault no issue would recommend it to everyone. Very reliable my daughter loves her new laptop!

Arrived promptly, well packaged, and runs great from first impressions. Seems like a quality machine mostly in line with the excellent condition. There was a minor scratch on the lid, noticeable even at distance, but not a big deal to me.

I ordered the laptop in excellent condition and so far have no complaints! The laptop arrived as new and everything is perfectly functional. The battery life is alright and everything runs smoothly. It has only been a couple of weeks but so far no issues.

It's clear that the screen hinge has been misused and probably slightly hurriedly repaired. The hinge casing is flexible on one side and the screen has quite a bit of play in it. I wouldn't describe the condition as excellent at all. The machine was also really oddly reset, the previous owner had just removed the users and set up a new user. I ran a complete reinstall of windows but a non technical person wouldn't have known to do this and may have ended up with some pre-existing software installed. I thought that was pretty bad.

Came in clean shape. No issues with it whatsoever (for now atleast) if I encounter any issues within the next few weeks, I’ll raise a concerns. Besides that, I am very happy with my purchase.

Arrived logged into a tester account, I reset the laptop to set up my personal account and laptop is under a company database and needs a company login to access. arrived with a few bumps and scratches but wasn't fussed as I ordered a good grade.

It was worth it, little did i know i would be happy
