This order was cancelled by the seller / Back Market the day before it was due to arrive and I've been given no explanation as to why - have left a message in the conversation section of the site but so far received no response and I'm not sure how else to raise this concern. I'm about to go travelling for a few weeks and urgently need a laptop so I can work while away. As it stands, I've lost my referral credit and all confidence in placing another order. I've had to leave the comments on overall performance, appearance and packaging as 'average' as I never actually received the item. I couldn't submit this comments without selecting something unfortunately.
