The convertible arrived in very good condition. Only the memory configuration (256 instead of 512GB) was not correct. As it was a gift and was given away immediately after arrival, the possible exchange was not an option.

Purchased a product that included a keyboard and instead arrived without it, and with a non-original charger, asked for help I was supported but the seller refuses to send me the keyboard that was provided both by photos and description. they propose a 30 euro voucher (ridiculous) or the return, which is rather cumbersome, so I decide to sell it on another platform because without the keyboard is useless to me. Be careful when you buy on this site, because the sales are not transparent. As far as I am concerned first and last experience with them.
