    This is the second time ive had to send back an item to back market. Initially the laptop wasn't setup with proper windows 10, looks like it was left halfway through installtion, then i ordered this one which was supposed to be in excellent grade. When openend it was evident, the laptop was at best in poor condition. So dissapointed, i'll go and purchase a proper new one and wont be using back market again. Its a waste of time for everyone if the product isn't even the right grade that is sent over.
