Fussy stepson so happy with this. He particularly requested an Honor 8 for Christmas and wanted brand new. I purchased this - got box from Ebay and he never knew any difference. thank you BackMarket

This phone more than I expected

I have 3 phones now from this company. Well worth every penny. I obviously recommend them to everyone as they are great

Just a warning for other buyers, when the phone is on 'vibrate' mine moved across the table and dropped to the floor damaging the front screen.

Got to be honest not 100% happy Battery power doesn't seem to last very long Ihave had to delete apps that usually have Been asked to return it to check it but I'll be left with no phone !! Going to keep on with it bit longer to see how it goes Sorry got to be honest here

It's been 3 years now since I bought an Honor 8 on BackMarket (so a 2016 model bought in 2020), and I'm very happy with this purchase! It's starting to get tired but that's just the "natural" wear and tear of the phone due to the operating system becoming obsolete and the battery only lasting about 10 hours even with light use... But nothing to do with the BM refurbishment which gave me a phone in perfect working order when I bought it. I bought it for a very good price at the time and had no difficulty in the various steps until I received it. The phone was as described ("fair condition" with some scratches on the edges) so no nasty surprises. The only problem was that BM had sent a charger with the phone which turned out to be faulty, I had obtained a refund of 15€ for compensation but I believe that this was never paid... Apart from this the phone itself was top notch!
