I am very satisfied with my purchase from Back Market. I bought a refurbished Pixel Google 7 in fair condition and was expecting it to be a bit scruffy and used looking but it's as good as brand new apart from a tiny scratch on the edge of the screen. The service efficient and delivery was quick. I will definitely buy from the company again and have recommended them to friends.

The phone condition was pretty good given I ordered one with excellent condition. The only problem I would like to highlight was that this phone was not factory reset correctly. When I switched it on, it appeared someone already tried setting it up. I found this when I was installing apps and migrating my WhatsApp from old phone to this one. I noticed that phone was in developer mode. Which could also be a security risk, given there could unverified apps running. I had to factory reset myself, wasting my hours of effort. I am a regular backmarket user, and it's first time I encountered this problem. Irrespective of this one of issue, I must say backmarket is one of the best platform for refurbished product.

Bought the Pixel 7 to replace my old Pixel that couldn't cope with the updates. Had a good online experience easy to navigate the website. Received in excellent condition and on time . would easily recommend Back market for any refurbished goods.

I'm delighted with the phone. Works perfectly with no overheating and the battery seems to be healthy. Both were concerns I had buying a refurbished pixel. Cosmetically the phone looks new with only a very faint scuff mark on the back, which I only noticed under strong lighting. Will definitely buy from here again. Came without original package or accessories but did include a good quality corded usb cord.

I purchased a Google Pixel 7 in white, but I got it in Lemongrass which was the biggest win 😀. I had only chosen white because it was cheaper but lemongrass was my first preference and that's the one I got, they even sent a note with it apologising for the colour change but I was actually happy about it lol 😆. The phone was in excellent condition, just as they said. It had no scratches on the screen or back glass, although there were a few marks on the camera bump but that's not an issue. The charging port also shows signs of use but since it's refurbished, that's not something to complain about. Overall, I loved my phone, I still do and I'll definitely buy my next device on backmarket 😁👌🏽.

Bought my Pixel 7 and it arrived quickly and well packed. Phone is like brand new and comes with charging lead, screen protector and wipes. Saved myself a load of money from buying new and very happy with my first ever refurbished mobile
