Unfortunate and very unpleasant experience that was mitigated by Back Market support staff, who intervened in the conflict to mitigate it (not solve it). The terminal purchased from a reconditioner in Germany arrived broken (not reconditioned, that is). It would not turn on. It wasn't something to do with the battery. Nevertheless, I asked for the repair, as I wanted the item. I sent it in for repair, but the seller decided that I had better get a refund, so I lost the repair option (which I had requested), valuable time and some of my money, as I was not reimbursed 100% of my original payment. An experience that has meant my total loss of confidence in this website, of which at least I can say (and it is the only minimally positive thing) that it does have good human support.

Product according to its description, with a quite remarkable performance although with a clearly degraded battery. Good purchase option, although some prices oscillate constantly on the same product and it is not always a preferred option. However, the support service and the functioning of the website work very well and with good effectiveness.

The screen goes crazy and opens applications on its own without me opening them and the battery doesn't even last 6 hours and you said it lasts a day with normal use.
