the device arrived boxed and sealed. Nothing to suggest that I wasn't getting a new phone. No damage, no indication of anyone else using it. The Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is a fantastic phone. Much better than my Samsung Galaxy Ultra. Given I paid less than half the retail price I am completely happy with the experience.

My phone arrived well packed, in a pixel box, with all the extras, as if brand new. it was already charged, bar 10%, so I could quickly get to prepare it for use. The process of transfer from my old phone was so simple to follow, that my new phone soon had all that my old phone contained. I soon learned that not only did the fold have this marvelous big screen, but could do so much more. The folks at back market had thought of everything, their emails and advice were so well written and helpful. The process of phone exchange was also so easy to follow and carried out efficiently. The whole experience felt like I was dealing with people who cared. Though my phone had been pre-owned, it felt brand new.
