    Really upset about this! First order with backmarket bought the Pixel 4a 5G marked as excellent! Excellent it wasn't! Badly scratched and chipped on all the edges and on the back! Where the screen we replaced near the speaker at the top there's a thin white line of residue also visible! Lost a voucher on this as well! Did message through the site and never got a response even though messaged the day I received it! I reached out on the 05/06/25 via log-in form and still haven't had a response! Also whenever I tried to upload any pictures it wouldn't allow me - I kept get on getting errors so I'm trying this way to get your attention!
