Was time to replace my phone and move away from Apple, doing so meant I could trade it in and get a mega tablet for a great price. Really happy with the process and timings, device is flawless as described, and my iPhone was also deemed flawless. I was paid the full amount after I'd uploaded my payment details. Will use again in the future and my wife is looking to join the club!

The device was in excellent condition as described, really could have been brand new other than the packaging. It works perfectly, still has excellent battery life. Good communication throughout and the item arrived as per expectations. Well done back market, we don't always need a brand new bit of kit, these used items are still excellent.

The communication, quality of service and delivery was impeccable. This was my first purchase on Black Market and I have been very impressed and converted! The purchase process was excellent and the delivery was very quick; even via Royal Mall! The packaging looked doubtfull at first, but the Galaxy S9 Ultra was wrapped so well, it would have survived an air drop! I ordered a Galaxy S9 Ultra in Excellent condition. It was not in "Excellent" condition, it was morelike in "brand new" condition!! I saved £300 and less impact on the environment. There was absoltely no mark on the screen/tablet. All packaging and accessories was as good as new, but with obvious signs the packaging had been opened. I could not recommmend Back Market more. I will be back.

legitimately love the tech. The 'excellent' condition is always excellent... kind of like it says. coms and updates are always on point, a little cringe on the puntastic side of things but accurate. miss having the original box, but that's a small price to pay for all the cash saved. the only thing that could be done any better, is if they'd tell us why or how the tech found its way to the store...

So far so good, as expected. Came in good condition - no scratches, screen is working. I try to use the battery in 80%-20% range to ensure longevity, lasts 6+hrs with my light use.
