    The service and support were very good but I ordered a 64gb phone and received a 32gb phone. I explained that I couldn't return it for a replacement as I would have lost hundreds of pounds in income so suggested they send a replacement to the correct specification and I'd then return the one they sent. They weren't interested in doing that so I ended up with a phone not to the specification on my order. Disappointed.

The tab s5e is a great tablet, screen is excellent quality, hardly a mark on it, minor scratches on the screen but not noticeable when in use, everything else is as stated in the specs. Very happy with this, used mainly for netflix and gamepass, excels at both, colour and resolution of screen is top notch.
