Excellent tablet, good size and memory size is excellent as my son is game mad, he has downloaded so many already. The play store is great and what he uses to do this. Great value for money and would recommend this tablet its small and neat. I prefer it to his kindle tablet. so much more freedom on this tablet. Samsung is a great make. can't fault it. we love it.

Other half loves his ‘new’ Galaxy A9 tablet. Great to be able to buy refurbished tech at competitive prices. Keep up he good work :-D

Tablet was a South African model - doesn't materially affect day to day operation much but would have been nice to have known. The screen is also dreadful - visibly changing colour and brightness as you tilt it. Like a smartphone from the early 2010s. Wouldn't buy again

my son recommended Back Market and although I didn't pay for the quicker postage my tablet arrived just as fast.Well packaged.New box and bonus it came with a new charger.Easy to set up works well,battery life seems to go down quickly but that's not a minus.Really pleased will use Back Market when I need another phone too which won't be long .11/10 I think is a fair score 😊

tablet arrived really early, the packaging was perfect, tablet had no marks or scratches on it, looked brand new. setup was a breeze i know some reviews said there wasn't any uk and had to use new Zealand etc at setup, not in my case everything was perfect. been using it for about a month and I've had absolutely no problems at all, brilliant price and service, big thank you

Such a shame that tablet software eventually becomes unusable. But these tablets (my wife bought one after seeing mine) have been great. Android 14 and fast enough with a print size that can be easily read. I bought my first smartphone from backmarket and there was something wrong with it. Backmarket were very helpful and it was all sorted out. Thanks, John
