Soon as it arrived, I knew I had an issue. tried customer services. no joy. My tablet was set up for middle Eastern Countries, I googled about the issue and found out what to do Everything seems to be fine now , working well and good condition.

If I’m looking for tech I always check Back Market first. Being an Apple man I was a little sceptical about android but boy am I happy. From speccing the item to order to delivery. Everything was near perfect. Delivered promptly with care

I ordered a refurbished Galaxy tab A9+. What arrived was a brand new tablet which turned out to be non-UK, e.g. when I was asked to select my country it offered a comprehensive list of Arab countries, plus South Africa. I contacted customer service, who offered a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement but was sent a refund. Having intended to purchase elsewhere, I was forced to return to Back Market as no other company had what I needed. And..... I was sent a brand new non- UK tablet again. Exactly the same as before. I decided to try it out this time as I urgently needed a new tablet, and found it mostly worked for UK things, but some things, e.g. WhatsApp, were not possible. Pretty disappointed all round. This company used to be excellent (I have bought from them for several years) but now seems to have relaxed its standards as it cornered the market.

The tablet arrived in excellent condition, in original packaging and there was no way to see that it's actually refurbished item. After using it for couple of weeks I can say that I'm really happy with its performance.

I am happy with my purchase, it arrived brand new-like with everything intact. No issues with the country like the others have been complaining about. A bit wary about it actually but backmarket and the supplier did a great job with my purchase. Top marks for the refurbisher/seller as well. Arrived earlier as expected which was a bonus. This is my 3rd purchase from back market, still a great relationship so far. Definitely recommended.
