Fujitsu LifeBook U749 14-inch (2018) - Core i5 - Gen 8 (U) - 8GB - SSD 512 GB AZERTY - French

Misleading product description. Described as being made in 2022, but it is a 2019 model. Purchased with an AZERTY keyboard, but it's just another keyboard crudely disguised with repainted keys... The sound and brightness control buttons don't work, I have to reprogram them. What really bothers me is the year of manufacture. The backmarket team were very responsive in contacting the seller (techsavers). I'm not looking for a replacement but for financial compensation as I noticed all these faults too late and the PC is now fully configured for me and I need it for my work. Techsavers offered me a compensation of 7 Euros. Yes, 7 euros is not a joke! Absolutely avoid techsavers, they are liars. I blame techsavers but also back market for daring to use such a dishonest seller. There's nothing to say about the Fujitsu PC though, it runs well and is of very good quality.
