4.4/5I do really love my coffee maker and it is in really good condition but if I'd done my research a bit better I would have spotted that by the time I replaced the accessories that were missing - the doser, the cleaning disc, the cleaning tablets and descaler - I would have been able to buy the same model new from John Lewis. I do like the planet saving element of Back Market but think the goods should be priced more accordingly.
