I received my Dyson a week ago, tested and approved! A few small scratches but minimal and impeccable overall. Perfect value for money! I enjoy vacuuming now! Really top quality. That's the second time I've ordered from Back Market and I'm delighted! Thank you so much!

Delighted with this purchase. Super fast delivery in 24h! Hoover and accessories in perfect condition, delivered in dyson packaging with instructions for use... difficult to tell the difference from new.

The Dyson range (certainly its V15 hoover) is very well made. Its attractive design and manoeuvrability never cease to impress me. The battery life is very adequate (in normal mode you have a range of about 45mins and boost it goes down sharply but not necessarily need to choose this mode). Be careful with the product, as it's light and therefore very fragile. I used it for several hours and had a minor breakdown, which was due to the suction ducts after the air filter had become a little clogged. A quick blow with a blower and the machine went back to normal. Highly recommendable.

The product was a little later than expected, about 1 day. I'm not to blame, but for someone who works, I'd advise choosing delivery to a relay point. I'm thinking of buying several batteries so that I can change them every time I run out of charge. I recommend it!

We like the model we ordered and it suits us perfectly. I have just one comment, but it mainly concerns the carrier. We have had 3 changes in delivery dates, which is not appreciated. Sincerely
