Should you have any problems, please contact us directly through BackMarket within 30 days once you have received the item(s). All item carries Return to Base Warranty. This means "You the Customer" is responsible for sending the item back to us where the product should be insured and should have a courier tracking number. Item(s) received damaged or with a missing part, "Buyer is Responsible" for all the damage costs. If we take an item based on (un-wanted or Incompatible or not useful for the intended purpose or too slow etc, ordered by mistake) the customer will pay all postage costs.
