Fast delivery, the PC is in good condition. However, the keyboard is not English QWERTY, but German QWERTY with Cyrillic characters and Windows is in German. I have found (before purchase) reviews with this kind of comments (wrong description of the keyboard + windows in a foreign language) on backmarket, I hope this review will be taken into account, a simple photo of the pc would have avoided this average rating.

Arrived with windows in GERMAN , without a working knowledge of german it is impossible to change the language as explained in the help . Impossible to gat any kind of specific assistance from this totally automated help section. Wasted a day to recieve the object now it looks as if I will have to send it back, Time and effort expended for no useful outcome
