Dell Latitude 7430 14-inch (2022) - Core i7-1270P - 32GB - SSD 256 GB AZERTY - French

I received a 2nd device following the return of the 1st which was already damaged. I really wanted this model and a refurbished one but it would be more honest to say that you don't have one in "perfect condition". The one I received the 2nd time has fewer faults than the 1st but the exterior is still sufficiently damaged/scratched not to be in "perfect condition". I kept it anyway because I wanted to see how well it worked. It looks OK, but there's already a bug and the battery isn't performing very well. What commercial gesture can you make? The "satisfactory condition" price, or would I still opt for an exchange, but how do I know it will be in better condition?
