Excellent condition, great price and quick delivery. Really couldn't have asked for more. Even has a couple of features (touchscreen, fingerprint sensor) that weren't listed in the spec sheet, so that was a nice bonus.

Delivery was quick however the laptop arrived with incorrect charger. It wasn't charged so couldn't switch it on to test till I managed to get a charger which made me stressed because I was travelling away in a few days. Once on after the original setting up I also had to install windows 11 because it wasn't done before they sent it. I ordered excellent but i think its more a great since there was a sign of use on the touchpad. Other than this the laptop function well and has a good battery. Support took 5days to issue credit for the charger.

Great price, laptop works perfectly and battery life is good. Bought for uni work and it’s great and lightweight design. There was some marks (to be expected) on the hardware and a couple of the keys are not programmed correctly but not a big deal. Super happy and saved a lot of money buying from here (:

I am really impressed with the quality of the device I received, and the speed of delivery. I have used BackMarket before, and as usual, the one thing that sticks out is value for money.

okish, did not charge when arrived, needed a new charger which my daughter brought for me soo not good to start😠

The first time I sat down to set it up it hung with a "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" error. It may be that it is to do with driver compatibility issues or something like that. I would have hoped that this would have been caught before shipping. On the plus side, the return process was easy to initiate. It is still with the sellers, so I can't comment on the acceptability of the outcome.
