The laptop arrived when it said it would. The laptop originally arrived with a broken right mouse button, so I opted to get it fixed right away. It was super easy and the customer service was great. I haven’t had my laptop long but it opens in seconds rather than minutes and opening browsers is so fast! I’m impressed with the price to quality ratio as I could afford a better quality laptop overall!
