    The Laptop is Great! I am very happy with this laptop I have been recommending Back Market to family and friends. Just assisted a friend in making her own purchase of the same laptop specification for Back Market, and she is super happy too. The item is as advertised, clean, and functioning optimally, and the delivery for fast. The minor issue I observed is my shift+F3 keys when held don't change highlighted letters into upper and lower cases. Perhaps I am doing something wrong? This is the only reason I am giving one star less.

    I’m happy with the performance of the laptop. However, I am not happy with the battery strength. It last for an average of 2 to 3 hours. I'm concerned because the laptop is new and currently not heavily used. I am imagining that if I install many needed apps, how long would the battery life be?
