côté backmarket, c'est ok, commmande facile et livraison rapide, sauf que ce n'était pas dans le point relais que j'avais indiqué, c'était un plus proche à vol d'oiseau mais dans un endroit où je ne vais pas habituellement, donc déplacement exprès. L'imprimante est arrivée fonctionnelle et en bon état, mais sans cable usb (c'est un cable spécial, ça ne coûte pas cher mais pas facile à trouver quand on habite à la campagne, donc pas possible de la faire marcher tout de suite). De plus, 3 cartouches d'encre sur 5 sont vides, les autres à moitié. Là encore, ça aurait été plus sympa de mettre des cartouches neuves.
