The camera arrived well packed, with all its accessories. The only problem was the battery charger, which isn't European and doesn't fit into a French socket. Otherwise, the camera works perfectly.

The camera arrived on time (even earlier, which is great). However, I didn't get a lens cap, which would have been nice to protect the lens.

Hello, this purchase was made in 2 stages: the product was for sale at €276 and we placed the order. The order was cancelled by the seller the next day (without us receiving an email). So we looked for the product to place the order again, and there it was at €332. We bought it but this commercial practice is abusive: raising the price by €60 once you have an interested customer is borderline scamming. Thank you

Product did not conform to the description, which clearly stated that it was in "perfect condition". Product damaged, impacts, dirt, greasy lens, very badly packed. This will be my last purchase on the platform
