Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbud Noise-Cancelling Bluetooth Earphones - Black

Wrong device was provided (a much cheaper Bose model). Device provide was dirty. Device provided was not functional; noise cancelling in one ear not working and instead had a constant loud sound.

As I'm a BOSE fan and have already bought a used soundbar directly from BOSE, which was absolutely great, I wanted to buy the Buds used too. But they were no longer available in Austria. While browsing, I stumbled across Back Market by chance and discovered the Bud's, price was ok, reviews seemed to be ok too, so let's take a chance and place an order. So, Processing without any problems, delivery as promised, Packaging and contents (if you didn't know that they are "used") top, like new! Conclusion: Full 5 stars and absolutely recommendable!!! I don't need to say much about the BOSE Bud's, you MUST hear them for yourself, simply brilliant. I will certainly buy from you again. Greetings from Vienna

At first I was sceptical as I've never bought reconditioned headphones, especially at this price. In the end, everything worked really well. The Bluetooth connection and the immersion of the sound is really crazy, it's exactly what I wanted.

The device is literally brand new. The headphones are very comfortable to wear, even for long periods. We like the little magnet so that the headphones don't fall out of the box. Appreciate the Bose customer service which explains the features available etc. I recommend the product, especially through Backmarket -> Cheaper and new ;)

Very happy with the buds. Tried very many these are the best for me. Had some issues connecting to Bose's app but after uninstalling and reinstalling the buds everything works fine. Just received an update. What noice cancelling and what a sound. Arrived new in box. Friday ordered Monday in!
