Been using back market for a few years now and items have been in an as new condition, bought Bose headphones that had not been reset still had the original user info, sorry back market will not be using you for any more purchases.

Great headphones - prefect condition

Headphones work perfectly. It's a shame that some parts of the headphones aren't as good as the original Bose parts. This is the case with the ear cushions: passive noise reduction is not as good as with the original Bose cushions.
