It looks brand new without any scratches BUT the only small it has which is a little annoying is that the logo on one of the earphones is slightly out of place which can be conscienece about like having a small hole on your tshirt or dress. According to the terams and condition, it can be expected and there isnt anything I can do apart from returning the item.
