I added an ultra 2 to my contract for and extra £40 a month for 2 years. Which worked out to £960. Returned it when I saw this ultra on backmarket going for £480. Which makes more sense since there’s not much difference between the two watches. All good so far and works exactly like the ultra 2 that I returned. Only thing is it didn’t come with a strap? Dunno what that’s all about.

I have not been able to unlock my new device from its previous owner. it has now been two days since i reported the problem to the help desk but still no reply! i would expect backmarket to respond rapidly when a new delivery has been faulty. i would appreciate some communication asap to advise the next step.

Watch is really good, I received watch and cable, Cable was duplicate as not MFI Certified as expected. But problem is there were no strap in the box, how should i wear watch. Expected some colours or my choice starp from the seller.

Very, very disappointed with this purchase. Item came through with a simple black watch strap (which doesn’t even come with an ultra watch). I reached out straight away stating the issue. I was ONLY offered a £25 refund. I requested the correct strap sent to me urgently as was for Xmas or a refund to the value of a genuine strap. I was told to send the watch back and purchase Another watch until I get a refund… or accepted the £25.00. I am now out of pocket as I need to go and buy tne correct strap
