Unfortunately and I do believe this is an Apple software update problem. It took a lot of time to update the software to version 26.4 I must say Rivaldo in your customer support team, was fantastic and provided outstanding customer service and care.

Watch came the next day, early morning. set up was so fast, and the condition is great! not a single mark. so easy to use and great for when you don’t want your phone with you all the time. Came with straps too, unlike a lot of refurbished sellers.

Delivered in excellent time and quality is impeccable. Battery life is good but had to buy a new charger as it didn’t fit my existing one. It’s the first time I’ve had an Apple watch so I’m having a few issues getting to grips with the settings but that’s my fault. I would definitely recommend Back Market.

I bought it for my wife who was having issues with her older SE1 watch (which she also scratched whilst gardening so it wasn't a viable trade in). The new(er) SE 2 is brilliant according to her, and battery life is considerably improved. The service was prompter than I could even hope for as it arrived the day after I ordered it! The condition was excellent too.

The watch is great, in excellent condition. I just have to learn all the features. It’s quite different from the Fitbit watch I was used too. I couldn’t use it immediately as I was unable to plug in the USB-c but I have since managed to get another cable and I am learning new features all the time. I am very happy with the watch, it is like new 😊💕

This was my first purchase from back market after reading alot of good positive reviews and i must say i do not regret it, i love my watch it looks brand new and the delivery was very quick and good.Chose the good option but its so neat it actually looks brand new (came with brand new straps). Am definitely buying more products. Highly recommend
