Amazing - I love my refurbished Apple Watch. Communication from Back Market was very good with up to date information regarding the stages of packing and posting. Arrived within a few days and I knew how to contact Back Market from start to finish in the process of buying my Apple series 8 watch. I was sceptical at first about buying a refurbished Apple Watch but when it arrived in its original packaging looking as good as new, my concerns went out of the window. Easy to set up in conjunction with my iPhone. Would be good to know in advance whether your iPhone is iOS 17 compatible if this is a requirement to synch your watch. The battery life is a little short - around 36 hours - but if I have a quiet hour or so relaxing, I just keep the charger (which came with the purchase) handy and a couple of hours later, it’s good to go. Will definitely use this site again should the occasion arise. Completely in love and extremely happy with my purchase.

Great product for the price! I normally buy second hand phones from Backmarket and never faced an issue, I often recommend Backmarket to friends and family. I thought I would give an Apple Watch a go and can’t say that I’m disappointed, was very quick delivery, the battery is good, the product was better than described and honestly I’m very happy with it. Absolutely fantastic process. I was able to home-in on the exact model, spec and condition that I was looking for, and once paid, delivery was quick, the packaging was excellent, and the product (refurbed) came with brand new Genuine Apple cable and strap. 11/10

Got the exceptional type, watch is as good as new. Watch has 100% battery capacity. Arrived in a generic parcel , a small brown box. Very quick delivery, ordered on a Thursday and it arrived on Saturday. It took a few hours to charge and set up then was good to go. Although I did use my own Apple Watch charger and not the one that came with the watch. The strap is clearly not an authentic apple strap so you are only paying for the central time piece. Overall I’m happy with the watch and the price I paid for it, will be coming back to back market if I need any more second hand items.

Still getting to grips with all the functions on the watch. Quite impressed so far - so, so far, so good. A little disappointed that the blood oxygen levels app is no longer available. One big downside is the strap is a little fiddly, for me, to do up and that was after some help watching you-tube 'how to' videos.

I've used Backmarket for my phone and now my watch and it never disappoints! I chose fair condition and it came with absolutely in almost perfect condition, so thank you Backmarket and I will continue to come to you for all my tech needs time after time!
