When I received my package it only contained the strap and the charger, the AppleWatch was not delivered. Furthermore, when I tried to get a replacement, the BackMarket Customer Service chat was very unhelpful. I had several agents replying to my messages in an uncoordinated way. I have tried for two weeks to move forward with a refund and I have received no support.

Weeks to arrive. Wrong colour sent, terrible condition that was not as described, customer service less than helpful and I asked for a replacement but got a refund. Last time.

The watch I bought in "excellent" condition, and the truth is that it complies because it only had a small scratch on the side of the screen, imperceptible. I don't give it 5 stars, firstly because the charger seems to me to be of very poor quality and secondly because the battery is at 91% (which is not bad, but I expected more). Anyway, it's not the first time I buy here, and I'll keep doing it because it's worth it for the price you get.
