Web site, Ap, and ordering and returning - all easy - good. Not so easy getting an answer to my questions - one remains unanswered despite me asking a couple of times - and i ordered an aluminium watch snd you sent me a stainless steel one. I will use you again though if that’s ok 😁

I bought pink Apple Watch but I received red straps. Is different colour doesn’t look nice. So it will be grateful if you send pink straps. Thanks

Vino actualizado a la última versión de Watch OS 10, la cual no es compatible con la última version actual del iPhone 6S, y tuvimos que comprar otro iphone que sí funcionase con este Watch 6. Cuando el Apple Watch 6 y el iPhone 6S salieron al mercado sí eran compatibles entre sí. Pero ya no; el iPhone 6S no se puede actualizar a una versión mayor, y el Watch no se puede bajar a una versión de Watch OS anterior. Esto es un problema de Apple, NO de BackMarket. Pero quizá Backmarket debería indicar la versión de sistema operativo con la que se vende un dispositivo, para decidir mejor entre las distintas opciones.

Die Apple Watch 6 kam super schnell und in tadellosem Zustand bei mir an, ich bin begeistert.
