3.4/5Bonjour, c'est super de pouvoir choisir si l'on souhaite acheter en "bon état", "très bon état", et "parfait état". Mais si à l'arrivée, on se retrouve avec un PC qui n'est pas dans l'état qu'on a demandé, je trouve ça dommage. Je commande régulièrement sur Back Market, et je commande qu'en parfait état pour avoir un produit à l'état neuf justement. Mais quand on se retrouve avec un pc qui est censé être en parfait état mais dont le pavé tactile ne fonctionne même pas... Je me pose des questions sur ce choix d'état soit disant "parfait". Je suis obligé d'utiliser une souris en USB pour pouvoir naviguer sur mon PC.
