Arrived in great condition. I was expecting it to be battered a little but barely a scratch on it. Packaged well and sent almost instantly on payment. It was meant to be up to 3 day delivery but I received it in less than 24 hours from my order. Excellent service. And the PC works great! Really fast, just what I needed. Ordered a MacBook from Back Market a couple of weeks ago and I am super happy with the product! Ive never bought refurbished tech before so was hesitant but very happy with the results. I received the monitor in good time. Well packaged, covered in discreet film, with all safety and fragile markings, cables neatly packaged, instruction booklet sealed and icing on cake is the electrical check from June 2025!!.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The monitor is in excellent condition as expected. I found only one tiny scratch on back of base witch is not visible when monitor is on the desk. It works perfectly fine.

I like it a lot and still good to use. Have marks on it, as refurbished. But all in all, great laptop!

It was a bit of a surpise to find that an MS product cannot be upgraded to W11 but there are fixes available on the internet, even if MS does not support the CPU. Condition exceeded expectations and the goods arrived earlier than expected. Very happy with the purchase which is in daily use.

Very happy with this reconditioned laptop - I bought it because my old ThinkPad 420 couldn't run Windows 11. I upgraded to Windows 11 on this device, and it runs it like a dream.

This laptop has been absolutely incredible, I'm never going to buy a new technology product again, I will always look for refurbished.
