    Great laptop and service. It arrived like new - sealed and Apple Refurbished, so certainly worthy of ‘Excellent’, category. Unfortunately it was a US MacBook Pro but the only difference was the lack of £ key and US plug. It came with a US travel adapter but I felt this wasn’t good enough. The Backmarket team were superb and gave me £30 to pay for duck foot plug. Excellent service. Second item I have bought from them this year. 100% recommended.

    It's honestly great! I was nervous about buying a refurbished product as I've never bought one before but it's perfect. No scratches, no issues with performance. Might as well be a new phone. Granted I bought one in Excellent condition but you actually get an excellent condition one. The delivery was quick, there were no issues. Best decision I made in a while.

    Extremely happy with my S21 from Back Market. You would not know it was refurbished,looks brand new. No marks or scratches and the delivery service was brilliant. Arrived days on advance and saved a fortune if bought new. I would certainly recommend and will definitely again in future

    Very pleased with this tablet. Considering it’s a refurbished model it looks brand new. Works well , slightly larger than my older 6th generation model and photos look excellent .( can’t believe I took most of them) Very happy so thank you.

    This is my first time buying a refurbished phone and I'm pleased with the one I received, it didn't have a mark on it and even still had the original screen protection in place. However, I'm not a fan of the way the prices regularly fluctuate on the site as I feel it is an unnecessary and exploitative practice for an otherwise valid business model. Also the USB3 cable supplied is very flimsy.

    The Galaxy S9 arrived in perfect condition, it looked brand new! Bought in November 2021 and still going strong.(Feb 2024) Unfortunately, my screen got accidentally broken so I've ordered another one. I had no hesitation in returning to Back Market to replace my mobile phone and highly recommend the company. Excellent value for money, swift dispatch and well packaged items. Very reliable all round.

    I was incredibly sceptic about purchasing a second hand iPad, however I couldn't be happier with it. It arrived in a perfect condition, in the Apple packaging, and it works perfectly. It has amazing battery life, there are no glitches, absolutely no issues whatsoever. I'm very happy with this, and will be returning to Back Market for future purchases. I hope this helps :)

    Really impressed, full battery charge and not a single mark of wear- mint condition. One niggle the watch language was set as Chinese or something similar, when you are not familiar with the Apple watch set up re-setting to factory settings was a challenge - perhaps this could have been done before dispatching

    I'm enjoying the smaller size and lighter weight compared with my MacBook Air. It is taking a bit of getting used to the difference in controls and set up as I'm used to the iPhone, so I find it a little clunky. However, after some teething problems and a bit of help I seem to have most info and apps available on the iPad.
