First time buying a refurbished phone (definitely won't be the last). Took a while to find one I wanted, but eventually opted for one in excellent condition. Arrived very quickly & I was totally taken aback by the quality and standard. It was like new. No marks or scratches, film on the front and back. Even in a case. Charging cable and sim removal pin. Great service throughout. Many thanks to all at BM and qwikfone who sent and I assume refurbished the phone.

This is the first time I have opted for a refurbished phone and the first time I have owned a Samsung, having owned several Pixels. I bought a phone in "excellent" condition and it was essentially brand new. Very happy with the service.

Arrived in a clean good condition than I expected. Free case and screen protector is definitely a plus!. Everything works perfect. Great deal. I wish they could add a longer 2m usb c wire though. Overall, happy with packaging and delivery time. Good price for a Samsung Note 20. Will definitely buy again from Backmarket!

I recently bought the Samsung S22+ and was very impressed with the whole experience. The phone arrived earlier than expected and was extremely well packaged. I had paid for one in excellent condition, and to my delight, it looks practically brand new. Setting it up was quick and easy, and the backup support provided has been excellent. Overall, I’m very happy with both the phone and the service.

well me first impression of the device was is it right for me but after some time with it I can say I am loving it it came well packaged 📦 and it came in the exact condition as that was stated i just absolutely love it 😀

2nd time purchasing a phone and not disappointed. Bought this for my sons 12th birthday and hes happy with it great size phone amd definitely worth the money. Also came with a free phone case which I wasn't expecting 🙂

Ordered this phone in ‘good’ condition. It did not disappoint. One tiny barely noticeable scratch on the screen and 100% battery health. Was a birthday gift for my son who was delighted. I have bought numerous phones and iPads from here and have always been happy with my purchases.

upgraded my phone and the network connection is so much better than it was! Love my S22 Ultra and i feel good I've re homed it. Great condition and great value.

Bought a MacBook Pro a few months back now this watch… both have been in excellent condition… definitely wouldn’t hesitate buying through backmarket in the future :)
