    This was my first time ordering from Backmarket and to tell the truth, I was really skeptical, I’d tried to order this particular device on Amazon previously, but was unsuccessful. When I saw the deal BM was offering, I saw that the company had positive reviews so decided to take the plunge. The whole process was quick, easy and I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. Even when the shipment was slightly delayed, the company told me immediately and I did not have to find out that information second hand via the courier which was incredibly helpful to me as a first time customer. I got the phone yesterday and despite it being given a Stallone rating, the phone was in perfect condition, with a great battery life and extra accessories included that I honestly did not expect and received a pleasant surprise with, and at a price hundreds of pounds cheaper than major retailers and even Apple themselves wanted for this device. All in all, I would 1000% recommend this device and Backmarket as a place to purchase your next phone from, wonderful customer service and an experience many retailers simply can’t replicate anymore.     Acabo de recibir el iphone 11 y he de decir que el exterior me parece perfecto. Lo que no me parece nada bien es cuando ves bastantes opiniones en el cual compran el móvil en estado bueno o muy bueno y la salud de la batería es mínimo 90%-100%, en cambio yo lo compro en estado "excelente" y la salud de la batería es de un 86%. Creo que es un gran problema para la gente que compra más caro y recibe menos, el precio debería ir acorde con lo que se compra, sino que avisen de la salud de los dispositivos en cada opción y así podríamos modificar nuestra elección. Compré un one plus 7 pro hace dos años y súper contento. Pero he de decir que con esta compra me siento un poco engañado. Además, pedí el seguro de robo y rotura que venía protector de pantalla y funda incluída y no estaban en la caja. He de decirque el servicio del vededor muy bueno ya que han sido rápidos y amables contestando.
