I had a minor fault on the iphone 7 plus i purchased and BackMarket were very helpful in arranging a return and replacement. Although the same phone was not available i was offered an iphone 8 Plus at the same price, i received this the next day and I am very pleased with my new iphone. A big thank you to all the staff at BackMarket for not only selling an excellent range of products but very good customer service. Highly recommended

Delivery was quick, iPhone was in great condition however it gets really hot and battery runs out quick even though it is shown at 100% battery health overall good refurbishment and definitely recommend👍

The phone is fine infect like new. Just a little niggle the phone was setup on the 3 network so a bit annoying that their logo pops up on start and closing down. I am on 02 which is working fine.

Poor service. iPhone XS arrived with a temperature fault, despite being described as being in ‘mint’ condition. It was ordered as a present for my daughter for her birthday. I expected it to work straight from the box, it being in ‘mint’ condition. I was clearly wrong. In order not to disappoint a very disappointed girl even further and have her waiting weeks for a phone that works, I arranged for a local specialist firm to fix it. I’ve learned my lesson and I won’t use your service again. I suggest you vet your sellers more closely.

Customer service was fine, ordering was easy, delivery was quick and good responses to communication. Not sure their suppliers and the actual website are cohesive about the levels of quality. I paid for a Good condition expecting no scratches on the front but it was quite damaged on the front when I received it. When I reached out to the supplier they said this was their low end quality as opposed to mid-range. Have returned phone using return label supplied but have heard nothing since, and no sign of a refund. Would never go near this website again. It’s been so stressful and I’m £200 worse off with no phone to show for it.
