Have had been using this 'fair' condition refurb iPhone 12 Mini for over 1 year now. It has had a few minor hiccups where the phone froze and needed a hard restart. But otherwise, it has performed solidly. And given that my baby has chewed and thrown it on a daily basis, it's proven itself to be pretty much bomb proof!

I’ve heard quite a lot about Backmarket so thought I’d check it out. I am so happy with my new phone and for such a good price too. Top condition for what I paid and I’m a builder so didn’t mind a few scuffs and marks BUTTT….perfectly good condition I cannot fault it. I will definitely and already have recommended Backmarket to everyone I speak to about renewing their handset. Really good communication too dropping check in messages asking if I’m happy absolutely brilliant service.

An excellent quality phone, as good as a new one. I would have found it difficult to justify spending money for a new phone like this with a memory of this size. The refurbished option makes things a bit more palatable.

Really great service! The provider actually ran out of stock of the 128 GB version, so they shipped a 256 GB iPhone 8 instead. I thought this was a mistake, but after contacting them they responded in kind and prompt manner that it was a deliberate post. The delivery itself was really quick, and arrived in under two days! Its condition was also brilliant, and it looks and functions like a new phone. I’m really happy to have chosen Back Market as my refurbished phone provider, and I am really appreciate the seller’s compassion and charity! By far the cheapest phone iPhone 12 mini I could find in immaculate condition, and it really was immaculate. this is the first time I've gone refurbished as it's better than having a new phone in circulation and I certainly will be doing it next time too. It's worth cycling through all the colour and condition options of the phone / memory size you want (I needed 256gb) because prices vary a lot but I feel managed to grab a bargain.

Purchased as a birthday gift to my nephew and he still hasn't had any issues with the phone. Brilliant
