Have had been using this 'fair' condition refurb iPhone 12 Mini for over 1 year now. It has had a few minor hiccups where the phone froze and needed a hard restart. But otherwise, it has performed solidly. And given that my baby has chewed and thrown it on a daily basis, it's proven itself to be pretty much bomb proof!

Really great service! The provider actually ran out of stock of the 128 GB version, so they shipped a 256 GB iPhone 8 instead. I thought this was a mistake, but after contacting them they responded in kind and prompt manner that it was a deliberate post. The delivery itself was really quick, and arrived in under two days! Its condition was also brilliant, and it looks and functions like a new phone. I’m really happy to have chosen Back Market as my refurbished phone provider, and I am really appreciate the seller’s compassion and charity! Very much satisfied with this purchase, and I would definitely consider buying through Back Market again!

By far the cheapest phone iPhone 12 mini I could find in immaculate condition, and it really was immaculate. this is the first time I've gone refurbished as it's better than having a new phone in circulation and I certainly will be doing it next time too. It's worth cycling through all the colour and condition options of the phone / memory size you want (I needed 256gb) because prices vary a lot but I feel managed to grab a bargain.

I’ve heard quite a lot about Backmarket so thought I’d check it out. I am so happy with my new phone and for such a good price too. Top condition for what I paid and I’m a builder so didn’t mind a few scuffs and marks BUTTT….perfectly good condition I cannot fault it. I will definitely and already have recommended Backmarket to everyone I speak to about renewing their handset. Really good communication too dropping check in messages asking if I’m happy absolutely brilliant service.

Amazing condition looked brand

An excellent quality phone, as good as a new one. I would have found it difficult to justify spending money for a new phone like this with a memory of this size. The refurbished option makes things a bit more palatable.

Phone came couple of days early. Got plenty of welcome and tracking messages to keep me informed. Phone came well packaged as if new. I could fined no marks or scratches at all apart from a very small area around the charging socket, as you would expect. Very pleased with the look. Everything is working. Assume a new battery fitted as Apple warning came up saying could not authenticate battery. Battery life is great. There was a proper printed explanation for this from the provider regarding this issue. Apple is trying to stop none original servicing. For the money i cannot fault the service or the product.

Purchased as a birthday gift to my nephew and he still hasn't had any issues with the phone. Brilliant

Really happy with the purchase and will definitely buy my next phone from BackMarket.
